How do I place my order?
To place an order:
Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
You may choose to process through our website checkout or through PayPal.
If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “Checkout” green button located on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to continue through PayPal, please click on the PayPal button.
You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter:
Email address
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field located on the right side of the screen and click "Apply."
Continue by clicking “Continue to Shipping Method.” Make sure your delivery address is correct. Then click “Continue to Payment Method.”
Enter your payment details. You may indicate that shipping and billing details are the same if applicable.
Once completed, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation.

What if there are missing or incorrect items?
For missing or incorrect items, contact service@hermellea.com with your Order Number and proof (image under 1MB).
We will reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you may keep the incorrect item.
How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and purchase details.
Can I change my order?
Changes are allowed before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.

How do I add items to my cart?
Go to the product page, select your preferences, and click “Add to Cart.”
You can then adjust quantity or continue shopping.
How do I view my cart?
Click the Cart icon at the top of the page to view or edit items.
How do I remove items?
Click the Cart icon, then click “Remove” under the item you want to delete.
How do I change quantity?
Click the Cart icon and update the quantity field. The total will update automatically.

How do I pay with PayPal?
Click the “PayPal” button at checkout and complete payment on PayPal’s website.

At checkout, enter your code in the “Discount” field and click “Apply.”
