Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be in the original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged shipping costs once at most (including returns). No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
